I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to accommodate those on cancellation list. Cancellations and rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value. Cancellations less than 3 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service value.
